Through my work as a Field Officer for The Medair International (Switzerland Base NGO) in Pakistan, I have built a strong record of noteworthy attainments in increasingly more responsible management positions during my short career. Provide direction and support to project team to adhere all quality standards during the project implementation .work in Close Liaison with Regional Program Manager for implementation of filed activities as per guidance and work plan. Facilitate and conduct the process of orientation and time to time capacity building of the project team. Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of the ongoing project deliverable as according to agreed. Ensure the smooth and optimum function of the Project, using personal initiative to push the project into the future and optimize activities. Prepare and review budgets of the project in consultation with operations and finance team Oversight of project functioning and advise/ supervise the Team ( Field coordinator, Social Mobilizes and Support Staff) in preparation and updating of their monthly work plans Develop manuals for each activity and keep copies and filing of all important documents relating to the project Organize agenda for meetings with project advisory committee and relevant stakeholders Supervise and approve all monthly staff evaluations Constantly supervise and reinforce training and confidence of the team, by engaging regularly in outreach activities.
